How much does postage cost?
STANDARD 3 TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS*
Between $12.20 & $18.50 depending on product weight
EXPRESS 1 TO 2 BUSINESS DAYS*
Between $15.70 & $25.50 depending on product weight
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $100
When should I receive my order?
Orders that are placed Monday to Friday will be processed the next working day. We do not ship on weekends.
*To qualify for express delivery, your order must be placed prior to 12pm Monday to Friday, and is subject to the Express Post Guarantee. If placed past this timeframe, your order will be processed the next business day (e.g. orders placed on Friday will be processed the following Monday).
Please note we do not dispatch orders on Public Holidays so please allow additional delivery time for any public holidays.

What if the colour is not right?
If you are unsure of a colour please get in contact with our helpful customer care team via email email@example.com or phone us on 07 5447 4227. We will be more than happy to assist you in finding the perfect product. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products but it is always best to check with our team if unsure. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor will be accurate of any of the colours.
Who will deliver my parcel?
If you opt for shipping, your parcel will be sent via Australia Post (Standard or Express Post).
What if my order hasn't arrived?
We take care in packing your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. We understand it is never nice if something does go wrong and we are here to help you through this time.
Here are some tips on what to do first in the event that your order is delayed.
- Check your tracking information at http://auspost.com.au/track/track.htmlAustralia Post Tracking Service with your tracking details.
- Confirm your delivery timeframes as stated above, considering your order may have left the next business day. Or if express post was after 12pm.

Are there any other details I should consider when confirming my delivery?
Please ensure we are delivering to a safe address where your parcel cannot be intercepted. If there is a specific area you need your parcel to be left, please let us know in the 'SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS' in your shopping cart.
