Our Returns Policy

We pack all our products with love and care and we want the best experience for all our customers. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the steps below.

Please note, we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used, except due to any type of reaction to the skin (photo of reaction will be required) or simply due to change of mind.

Step 1

Email our friendly staff orders@thecosmeticstudionoosa.com and we can assist you with any issues you may have, please provide your details (name, address, phone number), any photos should the product be faulty, or any details should you not be satisfied with the product.

Step 2

In case of a return, items must be returned to us in their original condition within 14 working days of delivery (as dated on your shipping confirmation email) we will advise this address once we organise return. Please be careful to pack items into a box/satchel bag, ensuring that it is properly sealed, and that you have included within the returned parcel your receipt. It is your responsibility for postage expenses and you assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit. Therefore, we advise you insure your parcel. The Cosmetic Studio Noosa will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit upon returning. 

Step 3

Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 20 days of receipt. Exchanges will be sent via standard shipping. You will receive a confirmation email notification or phone call from our Customer Service Team during this process.
